How does the ZERO Mature affect constipation problems, and how has it affected other cats with elevated calcium levels?

We seldom if ever see constipation being a problem on any of our foods. Even cats with mega colon almost always show improvement. Our food is highly digestible and stool volume is usually much smaller when compared to high starch foods. Starch typically causes more constipation and our Zero Mature contains less than 1% starch. You should not have an issue.

All of our ZERO Mature foods are low in calcium and vitamin D3 and cats usually consume 40-60% less of our food compared to standard cat foods. Elevated blood calcium levels should drop on the Mature Health foods and not increase. Check blood levels again eight weeks after starting our food to see if they have moved back into the normal range.
