Shipping Guarantee

Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day.

Most orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday).

 

We ship using SPEE-DEE Delivery to MN, WI, IL, IA and parts of ND, SD, NE and MO. FedEx Ground is used to all other states. We do not use USPS.

 

Shipping Policy

FREE economy ground shipping on all qualifying orders $30 and over AFTER coupons or promotions have been applied. Orders under $30 (product total does not include applicable tax) are subject to standard shipping costs. FREE shipping applies to economy ground shipping to 48 contiguous states only. Additional shipping charges will apply for expedited and air shipments.

 

Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada will need to contact us at 800-311-6646 Monday- Friday 8:00- 4:00 CST.

 

Shipping to a Different Address

If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.

 

APO/FPO Addresses

All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please allow additional time for delivery.

 

International Addresses

If you wish to ship outside of the United States, please contact us with a list of your order item numbers so we may provide you with a custom shipping quote from our international carrier. For your convenience, we recommend sending your list via email to info@youngagainpetfood.com.

 

We are currently unable to ship to any countries in the European Union (EU). Please contact us via email and we'll add you to our alert list.

 

Shipping to Canada

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Please see the chart below for current Canadian shipping costs.

 

 

The post office in Canada has been very difficult lately.  We have had many shipments come back to us undeliverable that have left for Canada.  We are unsure if this has to do with the possible strike and cool down timeframe or other unknown reasons but these were clients that we have shipped to before and there was no reason why they should have come back to us.  Due to these issues with shipping we can’t take responsibility for shipments being returned or held up when shipping into Canada, nor can we credit back for shipping costs paid.  FedEx has not been a great option as their fee's add an additional $80.00USD to clear customs etc.

 

We are always looking for a distributor in Canada.  Please pass along our information should you know of an opportunity.

 

How to Track Your Order

Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available. Detailed tracking information will be updated as the shipment progresses.

 

Customers in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois are generally shipped using Speedy Delivery service. All other states are typically shipped via FedEx Ground.

 

Customers in Canada will have an original tracking number that originates from the United States Postal Service but once the Canadian Post takes it we will not have access to tracking numbers or information.  Should you require assistance you will need to contact them for help.

 

STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY:

We strongly recommend you ensure that you are available to receive your shipment. Young Again Pet Food receives confirmation from our freight carrier to confirm parcel delivery, however we cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door should you not be available. Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability. We do offer signature required delivery, however FedEx and Spee-Dee Delivery do have additional fees that will be passed along for this service.
