We understand how important it is for you to receive your pet food in a timely manner. If your shipment tracking shows that your order has been stalled in one location for several days, it is not lost. FedEx is experiencing delays due to the holidays and in some cases weather. Be assured they are working all hours to get your packages delivered.
Please place your pet food orders early to allow additional time for shipping through the holidays and throughout the winter season. We suggest ordering as much as 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
