Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day.
Most orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday).
We ship using SPEE-DEE Delivery to MN, WI, IL, IA and parts of ND, SD, NE and MO. FedEx Ground is used to all other states. We do not use USPS.
FREE economy ground shipping on all qualifying orders $30 and over AFTER coupons or promotions have been applied. Orders under $30 (product total does not include applicable tax) are subject to standard shipping costs. FREE shipping applies to economy ground shipping to 48 contiguous states only. Additional shipping charges will apply for expedited and air shipments.
LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES:
Young Again is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend that you are available to receive your shipment, provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address or use the FedEx Hold option. We now offer FedEx Hold at your local Walgreens. Choose FedEx Hold at check out and set up your hold site as your nearest Walgreens. We also offer signature-required delivery, however, FedEx and Spee-Dee Delivery have additional fees that will be passed along for this service.
Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada will need to contact us at 800-311-6646 Monday- Friday 8:00- 4:00 CST.
Shipping to a Different Address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. There are additional shipping costs to ship to APO/FPO. Please contact us to receive a quote for the addtional shipping costs. Please allow additional time for delivery.
If you wish to ship outside of the United States, please contact us with a list of your order item numbers so we may provide you with a custom shipping quote from our international carrier. For your convenience, we recommend sending your list via email to email@example.com.
We are currently unable to ship to any countries in the European Union (EU). Please contact us via email and we'll add you to our alert list.
Shipping to Canada
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship to Canada due to extremely high shipping costs as well as difficulties in the shipping process.
We are always looking for a distributor in Canada. Please pass along our information should you know of an opportunity.
How to Track Your Order
Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available. Detailed tracking information will be updated as the shipment progresses.
Customers in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois will generally receive their shipments via Spee-Dee Delivery service. For all other states, shipments are sent via FedEx Ground.
Coupons: As we pay the shipping on each order as an ongoing special/discount, we allow only 1 coupon code (regardless of the code) which was applied to your first order. We are working on a frequent purchase program that we hope will be up and running in early 2018.
