First Order Information

At Young Again, the health of your pet is very important to us and we will make every effort to assist you with the successful transition of your pet to Young Again Pet Foods. Please consider the following before you place your initial order. . .

• Because Young Again food is nutrient dense, your pets will eat up to 50% LESS. Cats will typically eat only 1/4 cup in a 24 hour period. It does not mean your pet does not like our food.
• If your pet has never eaten Young Again, please order a 4 lb. or 8 lb. bag of food . Because you are responsible for the shipping cost on returns, you won't want to order the largest bag. You can use your one-time discount on larger, future orders. Returns are accepted within 30 days minus any discounts used at ordering and return shipping costs. Get more details on our return policy.
• Young Again is NOT responsible for stolen packages. Please make sure your items are shipped to a secure location. Check out our shipping information.
• If you store your pet food in a plastic container, please keep it in it's original bag. Plastic containers can promote rancidity in your pet food.
